Before Liquid Exteriors installed a single gutter, our founder (Zack Cain) spent years walking attics, crawlspaces, and foundations as a licensed home inspector across the Concho Valley. That work uncovered a pattern that showed up again and again: foundation cracks, rotted fascia, eroded landscaping, and flooded crawlspaces almost always traced back to the same root cause — water that wasn’t being controlled at the roofline.
Homeowners were paying thousands to fix damage that a properly sized, Maintained and installed gutter system could have prevented in the first place. That experience became the reason Liquid Exteriors exists. We didn’t start as gutter installers who learned about water damage later — we started as the people who saw the damage first, and built a company to stop it before it starts.
That inspection background still shapes how we work today. We size every system to the roof, not to the cheapest option. We look at drainage the way an inspector does — as a whole-home system, not a single component.
We believe the work of our hands matters. Faith guides how we run this business — not as a slogan on the wall, but as the standard we hold ourselves to when no one’s watching. We work like it’s for more than a paycheck, because we believe it is.
